Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, answering questions, providing support and helping to ensure every customer receives a positive experience.
This is a customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently and can remain professional in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers
- Responding to customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about products, services and processes
- Listening to customers and understanding their needs
- Resolving customer queries and concerns efficiently
- Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team member when required
- Maintaining accurate customer records and information
- Following company procedures and customer service standards
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and other departments
- Supporting the team with general customer service and administrative tasks
- Maintaining a professional and positive approach throughout all customer interactions

Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
