We are seeking a high-energy, reliable, and sales-driven Phone Repair Technician & Sales Specialist to join our busy store in Ipswich.

Key Responsibilities
- Device Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, and laptops (including Apple iPhone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy, and major laptop brands).
- Vape & E-Liquid Knowledge: Assist customers with vape products, accessories, and e-liquids with confidence and expertise.
- Drive Daily Sales: Proactively engage with customers, upsell products and services, and bring fresh energy to push daily store sales targets.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent face-to-face customer care, offering honest advice and fast turnaround times.
- Store Operations: Keep the workshop and retail area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Key Requirements & Experience
- Proven Repair Experience: Hands-on experience repairing iPhones, Samsung devices, tablets, and laptops.
- Retail Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to close sales, pitch accessories, and consistently hit daily targets.
- Vape Industry Knowledge: Good working knowledge of vape kits, devices, coils, and liquids.
- Punctual & Reliable: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Location: Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Ipswich.
