We are a long-established, specialist manufacturer of class-leading commercial vehicles, supplying customers across the UK. Operating from our modern production facility just outside Lincoln, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, bespoke vehicle conversions in a clean, well-equipped working environment.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Semi-Skilled Vehicle Fitter / Production / Assembly Operative to join our friendly production team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is practical, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in producing quality workmanship. Previous experience is beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The Role
Working as part of our production team, you will help build and convert specialist commercial vehicles using a variety of hand and power tools. No two vehicles are the same, making this a varied and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fit components to specialist commercial vehicles.
- Work from drawings, job sheets and build specifications.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Carry out fitting, assembly, trimming and finishing work to a high standard.
- Maintain excellent quality standards and attention to detail.
- Keep your work area clean, organised and safe.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet production schedules.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Practical, hands-on and mechanically minded.
- Reliable, punctual and has a positive attitude.
- Keen to learn and develop new skills.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to producing high-quality work.
Previous experience in any of the following would be an advantage but is not essential:
- Vehicle assembly or vehicle conversions.
- Coachbuilding or bodywork.
- Joinery or carpentry.
- Fabrication or sheet metal work.
- Shopfitting.
- Mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is desirable but not required.

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
