Personal Assistants & Support Workers – East Ayrshire
Location: Across East Ayrshire
Hours: Full-time, Part-time, Evenings and Weekends Available
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals to support people across East Ayrshire to live independently in their own homes and communities.
No two days are the same. Some people require practical support with personal care and daily living, while others simply need companionship, help getting out into the community, or assistance attending appointments and activities. You would be employed by one personal employer so no racing against the clock.
The Role
Depending on the individual you support, duties may include:
· Personal care and assistance with daily living
· Medication support (where appropriate)
· Meal preparation
· Light household tasks
· Shopping and errands
· Accompanying people to appointments
· Supporting social activities and community outings
· Providing companionship and emotional support
· Promoting independence, dignity and choice

· Some positions will require a driver, but not all
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidates.
