Development Consultant / Surveyor – London / South East
A growing independent property consultancy is looking for a Development Consultant / Surveyor to advise developers and landowners on residential and mixed-use projects across London and the South West. The role offers exposure to development viability, planning obligations, affordable housing, land transactions and development strategy, working on schemes ranging from boutique developments to major regeneration projects.
We're looking for someone with experience in development consultancy, valuation, planning, land or development, ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards), with strong commercial and financial skills.
