Production Operative
Responsibilities
-
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

Assemble products in line with engineering specifications and quality standards.

Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks, reporting any defects or issues.

Pack and label finished products ready for dispatch.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment at all times.

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
-
Work to daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

Assist with stock control and inventory activities as required.
Knowledge and Skills
-
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
-
Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
-
Basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures within a manufacturing environment.
-
Good communication and organisational skills.
-
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, lifting and standing for extended periods.
-
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn new skills.
