We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Shisha Coal Changer & Waiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Change and manage shisha coals safely and efficiently.
- Monitor shisha quality and replace coals as required throughout the customer's visit.
- Prepare and serve hot and soft drinks promptly and professionally.
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Respond to customer requests quickly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lounge and shisha areas.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
