We are a well established, friendly, patient-focused dental practice dedicated to providing outstanding clinical care and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, proactive and organised Practice Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence and support the continued growth and success of the practice.
The Role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring efficient operations, excellent patient experiences, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance. You will work closely with clinicians and support staff to create a positive, professional, and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the practice.
- Lead, motivate, and support the practice team.
- Manage staff recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements, GDPR, health and safety, and all relevant regulations.
- Monitor practice performance, KPIs, budgets, and profitability.
- Manage appointment utilisation and workflow to maximise efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional patient service and effectively resolve patient enquiries or complaints.
- Oversee stock control, supplier relationships, and equipment maintenance.
- Support business development and implement strategies to grow the practice.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous and demonstrated experience as a high performing Dental Practice Manager.
- A confident and exceptional leader, with the ability to maintain positive team culture.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A thorough understanding of CQC compliance and dental practice regulations.
- Commercial awareness and financial management experience.
- Confidence using dental practice management software.
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
