OmniPA is an AI startup building the personal life agent for high-responsibility professionals. We reduce the mental load, the invisible decisions, and the cognitive weight that builds up when you are managing a demanding career and a demanding life at the same time.
This is not another productivity tool. It is a system that carries the invisible work of your life so you can focus on what actually matters.
We have a working product, early users, and active investor conversations underway. We are now building the founding team that will take this to the next level.
About This Role
We are not hiring. We are looking for co-founders.
There is a significant difference and it matters. This is a founding partnership. You will own your function completely, shape the company's direction, and hold equity in what we build together.
We are looking to fill four founding roles:
- Founding Marketing Officer
- Founding Sales Officer
- Software Engineers
- R&D Lead - Future of Product
Each role owns its domain completely. One of those is yours. The traits and responsibilities we are looking for are the same across all four.
What You Will Do Day To Day
This is what the role actually looks like week to week, not a polished version of it.
- Validate customer problems through direct conversations with real users
- Conduct market and competitor research and turn it into decisions
- Shape the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market approach alongside the founder
- Build pitch materials and actively engage with potential investors
- Establish processes and systems inside your function from scratch
- Drive early sales, partnerships, and growth conversations
- Recruit into your function as the team grows
- Keep execution tightly aligned with company strategy and milestones
- Represent OmniPA in founder networks, industry communities, and investor circles
What The Next Three Months Look Like
We have not raised external funding yet and we will not pretend otherwise.
For the next three months you will be working in your role largely independently. That means doing the work yourself. Writing your own content. Managing your own pipeline. Building your own systems. Editing your own videos. Whatever your role demands, you are the one doing it.
As we raise, we hire and build the team together. But right now this is hands on and heads down. That is important to understand before you apply.
What Every Co-Founder At OmniPA Needs
- Genuinely curious about AI and already using it to change how you work
- Able to operate independently without needing structure handed to you
- Takes full ownership of a problem until it is solved
- Wants to build something of their own, not execute someone else's vision
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energised by it rather than frustrated by it
- Motivated by equity and long-term upside, not a monthly salary
- Available full-time and based in the UK
- Pushes themselves without being told to
- Communicates directly, takes feedback, and gives it back the same way
The Deal
- No salary
- Up 10% equity per role
- One-year cliff
- Four-year vest
