Operating in Tewkesbury since 1986, we work for some of the leading organisations in the UK. We manufacture products for customers who operate principally in the defence and security sectors using the latest CNC equipment.
We are proud to have an established and family led Senior Leadership Team in place to ensure our operations run efficiently 24 hours a day across our three manufacturing sites in the Tewkesbury area. Our strong foundations and expertise help our team and customers feel confident working with us.
Our current healthy orderbook for challenging prismatic components means that we are adding to our rapidly expanding team.
You will be responsible for:
- Using lifting equipment, such as pallet trucks, to transport raw materials and finished goods around the facility.
- Carrying out cleaning duties, including working from safe platforms to clean the tops of machinery and operating floor-cleaning equipment to help maintain a clean, safe and efficient production environment.
- Reporting any health and safety concerns to the shop floor representative or, in their absence, the Health and Safety Lead.
- Undertaking yard duties, including collecting and stacking pallets and carrying out basic grounds maintenance.
- Carrying out occasional local driving in company vans when required and in the absence of designated drivers.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties required by the company.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current or previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
- A full UK driving licence. This is a multi-site role, requiring travel between our three factories in the Tewkesbury area.
- The ability to carry out the physical requirements of the role, including standing for full days, moving materials and undertaking manual tasks throughout the shift.
- An FLT licence (desirable but not essential).
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Starting hourly rate of £12.71, with scope for increase via annual pay reviews
- Full time (39 hours) or part time hours (minimum of 3 days a week) to suit the candidate

The Process:
