We are a local company providing a care at home service as an alternative to moving into a Nursing Home. Enabling people to remain at home helps them maintain personal independence and contact with their local community.
ROLE:
- We are recruiting for PART TIME and FULL TIME carers to join our team working within CRIEFF.
- Shift times are in the morning and evening . Approximate times as each round varies: 0700-1300/1400 and 1600/1700- 2100/2200. Working on alternate weekends is expected.
- We assist our clients with the daily activities of living, this includes...
- Personal hygiene.
- Meal preparation.
- Assistance with medications.
- We may also assist clients to get out and about, attend appointments etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driving license and access to reliable transportation is required.
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care services is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Proficiency in using basic digital systems for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
BENEFITS:
- When working with us you will be provided with a CONTRACT. All CONTRACTS include HOLIDAY PAY.
- We will provide you with some of the BEST RATES OF PAY within the Care industry. You will be paid a flat rate, 7 days per week.
- We will pay you from the start until the end (may be amended) of your shift inclusive of unavoidable gaps. We will also pay your mileage from your first client's home to your last client's home.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driving license and access to reliable transportation are highly desirable for mobility support.
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care services is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Proficiency in using basic IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience is not essential as all staff are provided with a fully comprehensive induction followed by on the job supervision until confident and competent.
