Job Overview
We are seeking two dedicated Bank Support Workers to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting adults with mental ill health.
Duties
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living
- follow a person centred approach
- Administer medications as required
- Support individuals in accessing the community
- Provide patient and compassionate care to those under your supervision
- Undertake some light cleaning and kitchen duties including food preparation
-Documentation of daily activities
- Attend appointments
- Need to be flexible with rota so available for days and nights
Qualifications
- previous support experience desired
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Familiarity with mental illness
- Ability to work effectively within a staff team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
- Statutory training to be undertaken
Job Type: Full-time
