We are looking for a brilliant new Barista at Hally's in Parsons Green, Fulham.
Hally's is a busy neighbourhood cafe serving speciality coffee, fresh, delicious food and cocktails. Are you passionate about this, and want to be a part of a fast paced team at one of the busiest brunch and lunch spots in the area?
Applicants must:
- be passionate about making the perfect cup of coffee
- have strong experience working in speciality coffee
- have excellent customer service skills
- be friendly & presentable
- be reliable, hardworking & well organised
- work well in a team
- able to work flexibly across the week, including weekends
Pay: from £14.40 per hour up to £16 per hour or more - dependent on tronc.
(NB this is a pay + share of tronc package, i.e. the more money the business makes, the more money you will make!).
Holiday pay, company pension (where applicable) & cash tips are in addition to this.
Start date: end of June '26 / beginning of July ideally.
We are looking for someone to work around 4 shifts per week, two of which are usually on weekends.
