Duties

- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and suggest menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and alcohol serving regulations
- Uphold cleanliness standards by sanitizing workstations, glassware, and utensils regularly
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling payments, tips, and inventory counts accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with positive communication skills
- Familiarity with serving techniques and customer service best practices
