Description of Company
At Finamply, we're a growing and ambitious financial services business committed to delivering an exceptional experience for both our clients and our team. We know that great customer service starts with strong operations, which is why our behind-the-scenes teams play such an important role in everything we do.
Our Operations team is at the heart of the business, supporting colleagues across multiple departments and helping to keep our day-to-day processes running smoothly and efficiently. From administration and communications to reporting and office management, every task contributes to the success of the wider business.
We're proud of our friendly, collaborative culture, where everyone is encouraged to share ideas, develop new skills and make a meaningful contribution. If you're looking for a varied role within a supportive team, where no two days are the same and there's always something new to learn, Finamply could be the perfect place for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- As our Operations & Communications Assistant, you'll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role where you'll work with different teams across the organisation, providing administrative support wherever it's needed and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- On a typical day, you could be updating internal systems, maintaining accurate records, answering telephone enquiries, preparing reports and supporting colleagues with a range of administrative tasks. You'll also help keep the office running efficiently by managing supplies, organising files and assisting with general office administration.
- Working closely with teams across Operations, Communications, Sales, IT, Finance and Reporting, you'll build relationships with colleagues and external organisations, communicating professionally by phone and email while providing excellent support across the business. As you become more confident in the role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of tasks, contribute ideas and get involved in a variety of projects.
Requirements:
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys variety. You'll be comfortable managing multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate work.
You'll be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You'll be happy working independently when needed, while also enjoying being part of a supportive team.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the flexibility to adapt to new challenges. If you enjoy being organised, helping others and making a real difference behind the scenes, you'll thrive in this role.
