Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based role that requires regular face-to-face meetings with existing and prospective clients to develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and client visits.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with existing and prospective clients to build strong, long-term business relationships.
- Promote and present the company's products and services, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and quotation preparation through to negotiation and closing sales.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotations, and opportunities using the company's CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly within your assigned territory.
- A professional attitude with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
