What you'll do…
This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll:

Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep

Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!)

Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals

Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings
What we're looking for…
-
Based in Loughborough or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, but don't let that stop you applying

Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner

Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets

Resilient and able to handle rejection
-
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!

No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!)

Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail
