About the Role
Changing Lives Building Dreams (CLBD) is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and resilient Registered Manager to lead and oversee high-quality support services for individuals with mental health conditions and behaviours of concern, including personality disorders, depression, and paranoid schizophrenia, as well as those with learning disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Essential Requirements
· Minimum 2 years’ experience managing services for individuals with:
- Learning Disabilities
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Mental Health needs
- Behaviours of concern
· NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or working towards completion
· RNLD qualification desirable
· Willingness to undertake further professional development and training
· Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs)
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Desirable Qualifications & Training
· Qualifications relevant to Learning Disabilities and/or ASD
· Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) knowledge and experience
· BILD accredited training
· Understanding of restrictive practice reduction approaches

The successful applicant will be eligible to receive a £500 bonus upon successful completion of their probationary period. A further £500 bonus will also be payable following one year’s continuous service with the Company.
