alfour Beatty is looking for a motivated General Operative to join our Power T&D team, supporting high-voltage overhead transmission projects across wales
This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of project stores and site operations, working closely with HGV Drivers, Stores teams, and site operatives.
You’ll support the day-to-day running of site and yard operations, including:
- Assisting with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Supporting stock control, materials handling, and plant coordination
- Checking deliveries for quality, quantity, and damage
- Coordinating materials to meet site operational needs
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and secure working yard
- Supporting plant and equipment hire processes
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements
You’ll also work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects running efficiently
