Responsibilities

- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and food safety regulations before presentation
- Collaborate with the bakery team to coordinate production schedules and meet order deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation protocols at all times
- Assist customers with selecting cake styles, flavors, and decorations to create memorable custom orders
- Keep detailed records of orders, ingredients used, and decorating techniques for consistency and quality control
Skills
- Proven experience in food production, baking, or culinary arts with a focus on cake decorating
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper kitchen hygiene practices
- Skilled in food preparation techniques including frosting, piping, fondant work, and edible embellishments
- Excellent attention to detail with an eye for artistic design and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and assisting customers effectively
- Previous restaurant or bakery experience is highly desirable to ensure seamless integration into our team
