Care Assistant

As we prepare to launch our new community care service, we’re looking for skilled Care Assistants who want to be part of a team that values professionalism, trust, and genuine human connection.

We’re especially interested in Care Assistants with experience in community care who want to work in a service that invests in their growth from the very beginning. Shifts will become available as packages mobilise, following our recruitment and competency-based training programme.

We’re looking for exceptional people who have:
- At least six months of care experience
- Experience in community care
- Excellent communication skills – because great care starts with great communication.
- Experience working within services provide complex care.
- A proactive, patient, and compassionate nature – and you should be able to easily describe why being a carer is important to you.
