We are seeking an energetic Weekend Manager / Alternating Weekend Manager to work as a counterpart to the Bar Manager, ensuring high standards for guests and staff in the absence of the Bar Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team in order to maintain high standards of service, and create an inviting environment that keeps guests coming back. Your proactive management skills and hospitality expertise will drive the success of our weekend operations, making every visitor feel valued and appreciated.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations during weekend hours, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments
- Lead, motivate, and support staff to uphold exceptional guest services and operational standards
- Coordinate performance feedback for team members to foster a positive work environment
- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure their experience exceeds expectations
- Monitor cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies throughout the venue
Skills
- Proven management experience in hospitality or related service industries is a bonus
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of guest services principles and the importance of creating welcoming atmospheres
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
