Job Advert: Fire & Flood Restoration Technician
Depot based in Rugby but field technicians will cover areas such as Rugby, Northamptonshire, Peterborough, Bedfordshire, Luton, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire & Cambridgeshire.
Join our dynamic team at Rainbow Restoration, where we help homes and businesses recover from fire, flood, and water damage. We’re looking for a motivated Fire & Flood Restoration Technician to join our team, no experience required, as full training will be given.
Location: Rugby
Salary: Starting from £28,000 (for candidates with no experience), with higher rates available based on experience.
Hours: Full-time, permanent - working Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do
- Assist in fire and flood restoration for residential and commercial properties
- Operate specialist equipment and carry out cleaning, drying, and remove debris and damaged materials and strip out of properties.
- Full variety of services such as Portable appliance testing, Asbestos removal and carpet and upholstery cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service during sensitive situations
- Work within a team that values safety, professionalism, and integrity

- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces and withstand various weather conditions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional emergency call-outs
