Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs, including cleaning vegetables, peeling, and basic ingredient handling
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently and thoroughly
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized, stored properly, and in good working order
- Support the team by organizing supplies, restocking stations, and disposing of waste responsibly
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to uphold hygiene standards across the kitchen environment
- Help with basic serving duties during busy service times to support front-of-house staff when needed
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by demonstrating reliability, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is highly desirable but not essential; training will be provided for motivated candidates
