Higher End Construction is one of the North West's growing construction and maintenance contractors, delivering planned works and repairs for local authorities, social housing providers and private clients.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our team delivering void refurbishments, adaptations, wet rooms, planned maintenance works and larger projects throughout the North West.
This isn't agency work or a short-term contract. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term career and future growth.
The Role
You'll work across a variety of projects including:
- Bathroom and wet room installations
- Property refurbishments
- Void property repairs
- Responsive maintenance
- General repairs and finishing works
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety rather than doing the same job every day.
What We're Looking For
Ideally you'll have experience in several of the following:
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Kitchen fitting
- Bathroom fitting
- Tiling
- Patch plastering
- Flooring
- General maintenance
- Finishing works
You don't need to be an expert in every trade, but you should be confident working independently and delivering a high standard of workmanship.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience working in occupied properties
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional
- Ability to work on your own or within a team
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship
