Join our friendly team as a Holiday Home Cleaner and help create exceptional stays for our guests. You'll play a key role in preparing our holiday homes to the highest standard, ensuring every property is clean, beautifully presented, and ready to welcome arriving guests. From full changeover cleans to reporting maintenance issues, your attention to detail will help deliver memorable guest experiences.
Duties
- Carry out thorough changeover cleans between guest stays, ensuring every holiday home is presented to an exceptional standard.
- Make beds with fresh linen and ensure towels and guest amenities are neatly presented.
- Restock welcome packs, toiletries, tea, coffee, and other guest supplies as required.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly to management.
- Work efficiently to meet property turnaround times while maintaining consistently high standards.
- Occasionally assist with deep cleans, seasonal refreshes, or special guest requests.
Experience
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, due to the travel between properties.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods, as these are our busiest times.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, particularly within holiday lets, hotels, or serviced accommodation, although full training will be provided.
- Excellent attention to detail with pride in delivering beautifully presented properties.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet scheduled changeover deadlines.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to report maintenance concerns accurately.
