Permanent, 37 hours per week
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join the Library Front Line Services team, which delivers a broad range of first-line library services and routine IT support face-to-face, by telephone and online.
You will be adaptable and flexible in your approach and be able to demonstrate experience of working in a busy service environment, dealing with customers and handling enquiries.
You will possess a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications), together with a good working knowledge of common computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite. You will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
