We are seeking to appoint an Attendance Administrator to support to support the Academy’s attendance processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in the monitoring and recording of student attendance across the Key Stages, working closely with the Academy Attendance Officer.
This position would suit an individual with strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and plan effectively. Experience in the use of Microsoft Programmes (including Outlook, Excel and Word) is essential, and knowledge/experience of Arbor (or a similar MIS) is desirable, although full training will be provided.
The working pattern for this position is Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm. You will be working school term-time plus one week which equates to 39 working weeks per year.

Ormiston Bushfield Academy is a good school, conveniently located close to the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire & Lincolnshire borders, and benefits from excellent road and rail links.

Has excellent organisational and administrative skills

Possesses strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

Has previous experience working in an administrative role, ideally within an educational setting, although this is not essential

Is confident using Microsoft Office and Management Information Systems (MIS)
