- Performing routine maintenance tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Conducting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs as needed
- Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems to identify issues
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with renovation projects and room setups
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a hotel or similar environment
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
