Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-person group tutoring sessions in KS1 and KS2 Maths and English, tailored to students’ needs and learning objectives.
2. Implement effective teaching strategies to enhance students’ academic performance in these subjects.
3. Foster a positive, supportive learning environment to encourage student engagement and motivation.
Note: All resources will be provided, and communication with parents will be handled by the Louisa Tutors team.
Training Provided:
- No prior tutoring experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.
- This role is ideal for sixth formers looking to gain experience in education while making a meaningful impact on young learners.
Desirable Qualifications:
- A background in Education, relevant subject, or equivalent interest is beneficial but not essential.
Essentials:
1. DBS Check: Must hold a recent DBS check or be registered on the Update Service.
2. References: Two professional references are required.
3. Right to Work in the UK: Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
