Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Partner Account Administrator to join our team!
As a Partner Account Administrator, you will be the operational engine of our partnership ecosystem. While our Partnerships Manager focuses on the initial onboarding process, you will be the primary champion for our existing partners once the ink is dry.
Your mission is to enable and nurture our partners, ensuring they have everything they need to come on board effectively. You will act as their day-to-day point of contact, troubleshoot their issues, track progress, and ensure we are building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that drive retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Enablement
Be a key part of the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, guiding them through technical setups, portal registrations, and some basic training.
Equip partners with the necessary information materials and resources to ensure they are effectively onboarded with the correct marketing scheme brand.
Support and co-ordinate active diary management in the new providers and those with strategic priorities within the Partnership and Leadership Team
2. Relationship Management & Support
Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of active partners.
Respond promptly to partner inquiries, troubleshoot operational or technical issues, and escalate complex challenges to the Partnerships Manager or Technical support teams when necessary.
Schedule and facilitate regular check-ins with partners to review performance, gather feedback, and maintain high engagement.
3. Operational Excellence & Tracking
Monitor partner compliance (e.g., tracking deliverables, co-promotional commitments, and timelines).
Maintain clean data and records of partner interactions and contact information within our CRM (ZenDesk and Trello).
Requirements
1. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, partner support, or project coordination in a SaaS or B2B environment.
2. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can break down complex issues into simple, friendly instructions. You will need to communicate exceptionally with businesses ranging from a farm park to the O2. The ability to be dynamic and, at times, think quickly as you communicate is crucial.
3. Organisation: Incredible attention to detail. You can manage multiple timelines, partner requests, and projects simultaneously without letting anything slip through the cracks.
4. Problem-Solving: A resourceful, "find-a-way" attitude. When a partner encounters a roadblock, you are eager to help them solve it.
5. Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software. Experience with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), project management tools (Trello), and partner management portals is highly preferred. We are a Google-based company and experience with the platform would be beneficial.
