Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support the kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments promptly
- Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and specialty beverages with care
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to enhance their overall experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
- Experience in food preparation or barista work is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of serving techniques and customer service best practices
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food handling and hospitality operations
- Prior experience with restaurant POS systems is advantageous
