- Willing to undergo any necessary police checks and satisfy legal requirements.

- Pleasant, professional, outgoing and articulate manner.
- Confident and authoritative in dealings with children and parents.
- Flexible attitude to working requirements to meet the needs of Safari Play, including working weekends and evenings.

Receptionist – Become the face of Safari Play as you welcome everyone to come and play
- Checking in/out all customers to the building, taking full details to make sure everyone has a full and safe experience
- Serving on the tills and ensuring all customer orders are processed correctly.
- Setting up play passes with the customer and on the computer system
- Answering telephone calls and re-directing enquiries to the correct person
- Dealing efficiently with problems when they do arise and turn the problem to a positive experience for the customer
