About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking Front of House Staff to join the Shakebee team.
You will be the face of Shakebee, welcoming customers, taking orders, preparing drinks and ensuring every customer receives excellent service from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
● Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude
● Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
● Prepare and serve Shakebee drinks and products to company standards
● Provide excellent customer service at all times
● Handle cash and card payments accurately
● Keep the front of house, counters and customer areas clean and presentable
● Ensure orders are correct before handing them to customers
● Answer customer questions about products, ingredients and allergens
● Deal with customer requests or concerns professionally
● Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation
● Restock front of house supplies when required
● Assist the kitchen team during busy periods when needed
● Follow food safety, health & safety and Shakebee procedures
● Assist with opening and closing duties
● Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
● Previous customer service, hospitality or food service experience is preferred but not essential
● Friendly, confident and approachable personality
● Excellent communication skills
● Reliable, punctual and hardworking
● Able to remain calm and professional during busy periods
● Good attention to detail
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn
● High standards of cleanliness and personal presentation
● Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
● Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
