About us
At Pixel, we're on a mission to be the global pioneer in digitising the built world — shaping how people experience, interact with and connect to buildings, developments and heritage sites. Through immersive, interactive digital experiences, we help people understand and connect with the built environment, past, present and future.
We work with major names in the UK housebuilding sector, bringing places to life before a single brick is laid. We're a close-knit, ambitious team, and as we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to help keep our finances running smoothly.
The role
We're looking for a part-time Bookkeeper/Finance Assistant to join us for around 2 days a week. This is a hands-on role covering the day-to-day financial admin of the business, with room to grow into broader financial support as you settle in.
To begin with, this role will be based in our office full-time during the probation period, so you can get properly up to speed with our systems, team and ways of working. After successful probation, we're happy to move to a more hybrid pattern, with regular, agreed days in the office to stay connected with the team.

Responsibilities (following successful probation)

● Assist with month-end reporting and management information
● Contribute to wider financial planning and process improvement across the business
About you
● Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally 3+ years
● Confident, hands-on user of Xero (essential)
● Comfortable managing VAT returns
● Well organised, accurate, and comfortable working independently
● Good communicator, happy liaising with clients and colleagues
● An interest in developing towards more strategic financial analysis over time is a bonus
