Multi-Skilled Wet Room Installer – Full Time

About the Role
Due to continued growth, Will Thomas Plumbing & Heating Ltd is looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Wet Room Installer to join our team.
This is a hands-on role working on high-quality bathroom and wet room installations, including projects for domestic customers, local authorities, and refurbishment works. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys delivering a high standard of finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Install wet rooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
- Carry out all aspects of carpentry, including stud walls, boxing-in, door adjustments, and flooring where required.
- Install plasterboard and tile backer boards.
- Wall and floor tiling, including preparing surfaces and applying waterproof tanking systems.
- Carry out silicone finishing and final snagging.
- Assist our qualified plumbing engineers with first and second fix plumbing when required.
- Work from drawings and job specifications to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with current Building Regulations and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in wet room or bathroom installations.
- Competent in carpentry, tiling, and plasterboarding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high-quality finish.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Desirable Skills
- Experience installing wet room formers and waterproofing systems.
- Basic plumbing knowledge.
- Experience working on refurbishment projects.
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
