Role Purpose:
Join one of London’s leading event catering teams and showcase your pastry skills in a creative and fast paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to work on high end events and develop within a growing hospitality group.
What you'll be doing

Preparing and presenting high quality desserts for premium events

Managing your pastry section and maintaining consistency and standards

Supporting the wider kitchen team during event service

Ensuring food safety hygiene and presentation standards are upheld
What we're looking for

Previous experience in a hospitality kitchen is essential

Background in fine dining or five star hotels preferred

Strong attention to detail and passion for pastry

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
