About the Role
Contract: Seasonal contract ending November 2026
Schedule: Mondays and Fridays — up to 12 hours per week, plus overtime and additional cover
Start Times: Flexible and agreed around site requirements, with consideration for school drop-off and collection times
Opportunities: Holiday-cover overtime, optional additional hours and consideration for further site-cover work
Travel Contribution: A contribution towards travel costs may be considered on a case-by-case basis
The Accommodation Cleaning Supervisor will oversee cleaning standards across holiday caravans and lodges. The main focus of the role will be inducting and supporting new cleaners, checking completed accommodation and working closely with the site facilities team.
Main Responsibilities
- Inducting and training new accommodation cleaners
- Demonstrating the correct cleaning processes, equipment use and site procedures
- Carrying out quality checks on cleaned caravans and lodges
- Providing clear and constructive feedback where further work is required
- Helping cleaners understand their daily workloads and allocated accommodation
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage, defects and specialist cleaning requirements
- Communicating with the site facilities and accommodation teams
- Maintaining records of completed quality checks and reported concerns
- Monitoring cleaning equipment and reporting faults or shortages
- Supporting cleaners with operational questions throughout the shift
- Assisting with accommodation cleaning when operationally required
- Ensuring kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas meet the required standard
- Checking that bedding has been changed and bedrooms are presented guest-ready
- Following company risk assessments, cleaning checklists and site instructions
- Leading by example and maintaining professional standards across the site
Essential Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience
- Supervisory, training or quality-checking experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Ability to support and guide new members of staff
- Ability to work independently and make practical decisions
- Availability to work Mondays and Fridays
- Willingness to work additional hours when required
- Reliable transport to the work location
- Proof of ongoing entitlement to work in the United Kingdom
