ESF Technologies Ltd is a growing Fire & Security company based in Blackwater, and we are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our friendly office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive business. No previous experience in the Fire & Security industry is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing customer accounts
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Responding to helpdesk emails
- Scheduling engineer call-outs
- Booking planned maintenance visits and remedial works
- Liaising with engineers and customers
- Ordering parts and equipment
- Checking deliveries
- Producing customer quotations
- Running reports and maintaining accurate records
- Providing general administrative support to the office team
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has good organisational and communication skills
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Can manage multiple tasks and work well in a busy office environment
- Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn
- Previous office administration experience is preferred but not essential
