Key Responsibilities:
- Support in Lesson Delivery: Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a clear and engaging learning experience for students.
- Individual and Group Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and reinforcing concepts.
- Classroom Management: Assist with classroom organization, ensuring a positive and safe learning environment.
- Assessment and Feedback: Support the teacher with assessment and feedback activities, including grading assignments and providing constructive feedback to students.
- Student Monitoring and Progress: Monitor student progress, identify areas where support is needed, and communicate effectively with the teacher and other relevant staff.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the math department to create and organize learning materials and contribute to a positive learning environment.
