First Choice Cleaning Solutions are currently looking for experienced cleaners to join our team.
We provide domestic and commercial cleaning to businesses and homes throughout the Forth Valley area.
Reporting to the Operations Manager this role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and security of all areas of the property for our client based in Stirling.
Main responsibilities
Cleaning communal areas and facilities, kitchens, offices, and conference rooms.
Stock replenishment & ordering.
Responsible for own health and safety in line with Health & Safety protocols.
This is a key holding position so you will be responsible for locking the building in the evenings and setting alarms as required.
Job Requirements
You will be required to work evenings with the following schedule:
Monday 5.00 pm - 9.00 pm
Wednesday 5.00 pm - 9.00 pm
Friday 5.00 pm - 8.00 pm
You will be responsible for your own workload and planning each night's tasks and the role will be as a lone worker.
You will, at times, be required to work to deadlines.
You will be expected to communicate well with colleagues and have a polite and courteous manner to all staff on site.
The ideal candidate must have:
Good attention to detail
Ability to work independently and use initiative
To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
Good communication skills
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but full training will be provided
Hourly starting rate : £12.71 and will increase
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
