We are currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic Carer to support a male client living with an acquired brain injury.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support a client with rehabilitation goals, daily living, and promoting independence in a safe and supportive environment.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting rehabilitation and mobility goals
- Prompting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Medication prompting and support
- Food preparation and meal support
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Completing accurate care notes and records
- Using online care plans and IT systems
- Working independently within the client’s home environment
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of 6 months relevant UK care experience
- Experience supporting adults with and acquired brain injury.
- Experience within care, rehabilitation, or support work preferred
- Experience working independently within a client’s home
- Good communication and literacy skills
- Confidence using IT systems and online care plans
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
- A caring, patient, and child-focused approach.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- The ability to work as part of a professional multidisciplinary team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Monday to Sunday Shifts available
- 8am - 5pm
