An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Law Solicitor to join my client’s growing and dynamic Family Department. This is an excellent chance to become part of a forward-thinking and motivated team that handles a broad range of privately funded family matters.
About the Role:
The department focuses primarily on family finances on divorce, dealing with cases ranging from mid to high net worth. Other areas of work include:
- Pre-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes concerning jointly-owned property
- Children cases, including arrangements for their care
- Divorce and separation matters
You will be working closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment while managing a diverse and engaging caseload.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1 + PQE as a Family Solicitor
- Proven experience in financial remedy cases, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes
- Strong client care skills, with a professional and empathetic approach
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage Court deadlines efficiently
- Commercially astute and technically proficient in family law matters
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a supportive team environment
- Willingness to embrace the firm’s values and contribute to its growth
