Responsibilities

- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service to enhance their experience
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods by prioritizing tasks and maintaining excellent time management
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area, including countertops, equipment, and dining spaces, adhering to health regulations
- Handle cash register transactions accurately while providing friendly service at the point of sale
Experience
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for coffee culture is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and standards to uphold hygiene protocols
- Serving experience in fast-paced environments helps in managing customer expectations smoothly
