Hours are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday with the opportunity of overtime.

Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to prune, trim, mow, weed, and shape garden plants and lawns effectively
- Apply horticultural practices such as fertilizing, mulching, planting, and pest control to promote healthy growth
- Conduct regular landscape inspections to identify issues early and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
- Assist with planting new greenery, seasonal flower displays, and landscape design enhancements
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris, trimming edges, and tidying up garden beds
- Follow safety protocols when operating equipment and handling chemicals or fertilizers to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance with growing expertise in outdoor care practices
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and gardening equipment
- Knowledge of plant species, soil types, pest management techniques, and sustainable gardening practices
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods
- A positive attitude combined with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces
- Driving licence essential
