We have an exciting opportunity for DS Licence holders to join our Manchester region. We are developing our backstage team and looking for customer service oriented security professionals to support our operations at this prestigious venue in the Eastlands area of Manchester

Key Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to venue based incidents, ensuring all matters are escalated inline with SES procedures
- Ensure duty logs and records are maintained and remain accurate at all times
- To provide a point of contact and information centre to the public.
- Conduct regular venue patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting premises and controlling access/egress points as required
- Support the onsite management teams as instructed
- Comply with all SES Group and departmental policies, procedures and guideline's.
- When required to assist and escort visitors to their destinations within the clients complex.
- Conduct security searches when requested and use the HOT procedure for unattended items.
- Support our client in crowd control management and during disruptions.
- Identify and report persons conducting anti-social behaviour in line with company reporting procedure.
Qualifications
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor License or SIA Security License
- Customer Service (Not required but preferred)
- Action Counter Terrorism ACT (training provided)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.50 per hour
