Afternoon Office Cleaners – Brand New State‑of‑the‑Art Building (Permanent Roles) – Maldon

We’re excited to be recruiting for a brand‑new, modern office facility in Maldon — and we’d love to welcome the right people on board.
Available Position
- 1 x Cleaning Operatives – £12.80 per hour
Hours
Monday to Friday – 5pm to 7pm (10 hours per week)
Permanent, part‑time roles
Monthly pay via bank transfer
Annualised hours contract, including scheduled deep‑cleaning during office closures
About the Role
You’ll be working in a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art office environment, helping us maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace for staff and visitors.
Duties include:
- Vacuuming, polishing, sweeping and mopping
- Emptying bins and waste removal
- Cleaning washrooms and kitchen areas
- Maintaining high standards across all office spaces
- (Supervisor) Supporting the team, quality checks, unlocking/locking procedures, and liaising with management
Full training is provided, so previous office‑cleaning or supervisory experience is helpful but not essential.

- (Supervisor) Confidence leading a small team
DBS Requirements
A valid DBS certificate dated within the last 3 years is an advantage.

Location
The site is based in Maldon (CM9 area).
