Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of 6 guest rooms on changeover days, the pub and restaurant areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all supplies are stocked and organized for guest comfort
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replacing toiletries, and ensuring fresh towels are available
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety compliancy.
- Support team efforts by completing assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of janitorial practices and cleaning procedures
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable with excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
