Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operation during service periods.
- Assist in the organisation and management of ingredients, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your designated work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional service.
- Monitor portion sizes and presentation standards to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
- Support junior kitchen staff through training and guidance as needed.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety policies, including food hygiene standards.
