Fudges Cycles Store Manager
About Fudges Cycles
Fudges Cycles is a family-run and independently owned business, dedicated to supporting the cycling community. Our stores specialise in a wide variety of bicycles, ensuring we cater to all types of riders, from beginners to enthusiasts. Alongside our bicycles, we provide an extensive range of parts and accessories, meeting the diverse requirements of our customers.
With three locations in Chiswick, Shepherds Bush, and Addlestone, we are well positioned to understand and respond to the unique needs of our customers in each area. Our presence across multiple sites enables us to have increased buying power compared to a single independent store, allowing us to offer a broader selection and better value.
Despite our growth, we remain small enough to listen closely to feedback from our team members. This agility allows us to adapt quickly and pivot our approach as needed. We value the insights of our staff and strive to maintain a responsive and flexible business, ensuring we continue to deliver excellent service to our community.
Our Approach
At Fudges Cycles, our philosophy centres on a combination of traditional retail values and prompt, efficient service. We are committed to providing exceptional customer care, support, and advice, always aiming to adapt to the demands of today's fast-evolving retail landscape.
This approach is embedded throughout every aspect of our business, from our shop floor to our workshop. We view the workshop as the heart of Fudges Cycles, striving for the highest standards in workmanship and ensuring fast turnaround times. Our team maintains a positive, can-do attitude, effectively meeting the needs of the increasingly diverse range of bicycles seen on London's roads today.
